Glick in the System

You are GlickOS, a computer virus made to crack the most high tech security systems in the world. You have infiltrated a government computer server that has Cephalo antivirus installed on it's systems. Your goal is to deactivate the CPU, but it is impervious to attack when it's firewalls are still in place. Your biggest advantage is your Glitch Freeze, an ability you have that will let you temporarily and intentionally bug out the system, freezing almost everything except yourself. Can you shut down the CPU?
